Our No nonsense Terms of Use, warranty and liability policy

ShrinkLink was created as a free service to make managing and posting long URLs easier. It may only be used for actual web URLs to make them smaller.

ShrinkLink is NOT to be used for any of the following –

  – use in unsolicited advertising in email and forum posts (in other words for SPAM purposes)

  – linking to any websites or content which is deemed to be illegal or immoral in your area (for example child pornography, content which promotes or incites hatred, racism or violence)

 

We reserve the right to remove any shrunk URLs which we deem to have violated our terms and conditions or the spirit of our fair usage policy.

If required we may report use that is forbidden by our terms and conditions to the relevant governmental or law enforcement agencies, and any / all ISPs involved. Such abuse may also result in your IP address being reported to any / all agencies involved.

 

ShrinkLink is a Free service provided ‘as is’, and is provided without warranty of any kind. As such, we cannot be held liable for any loss or problem to any individual or company who might suffer due to using the service. This includes losses because the service stops operating, is unavailable or slow, suffers data loss, or any other technical issues or difficulties beyond our control.
